How much does it cost to try Core Martial Arts?

New students can train in real classes for two weeks for $29.99. The trial is available for beginners and helps you choose the right program before making a longer commitment.

Do I need martial-arts experience to start?

No. Beginners are welcome in Core's Krav Maga, Hapkido, Kickboxing, Kid Ninjas, and Junior Self-Defense programs. Your instructor will help you begin at an appropriate pace.

Which martial-arts programs does Core offer in Gulf Breeze?

Core offers Krav Maga, Hapkido, beginner and advanced Kickboxing, Kid Ninjas for ages 4–8, Junior Self-Defense for ages 8–13, private lessons, and custom seminars.

What should I wear to my first class?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. You do not need a uniform or special equipment for your first class unless Core tells you otherwise.

What is the difference between Krav Maga, Hapkido, and Kickboxing?

Krav Maga focuses on practical real-world personal protection. Hapkido combines strikes, kicks, joint locks, throws, and control techniques in a traditional Korean martial art. Kickboxing develops striking technique, footwork, conditioning, and optional competitive skills.

Does Core offer martial arts for children?

Yes. Kid Ninjas serves ages 4–8, while Junior Self-Defense serves ages 8–13. Both programs develop age-appropriate self-defense, confidence, coordination, focus, discipline, and respect.

What happens when a Junior Self-Defense student turns 14?

Students approaching age 14 are personally guided into the best next Core program based on maturity, experience, goals, and current class placement. Contact Core before the transition so the instructors can recommend the right training path.

Does Core serve students from Navarre and Pensacola?

Yes. Core is located at 3483 Gulf Breeze Parkway in Gulf Breeze and regularly serves students from Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Pensacola, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities.
